Hand Carved Kent County Cricket Club Walking Stick Yew Handle on Hazel Shank. This fully functional and unique walking stick has been hand crafted to appeal to members of the Kent County Cricket Club. The handle is fashioned from yew wood and features a miniature cricket bat carved from the handle blank (it is part of the handle rather than being carved separately and applied).
Above the cricket bat a cap made from buffalo horn had been added into which is set an enamel badge featuring the KCCC emblem. Novelty miniature cricket balls are inset on both sides of the rear of the handle. The length of the stick is currently 42 inches from the ground to the top of the handle.
This can be shortened to suit the user (please see pictures to determine suitable length) after which a metal ferrule will be fitted.
