Sheperds Crook Hazel Walking Stick Hand Carved. Beautiful Xmas / Bday present
Shepherds Crook with Collie dog as part of the handle a lot of time went into this one , hand crafted by myself using passed down crafts on stick making techniques. Each stick takes approx 4-6 weeks to compete from start to finish and can very easily be made to measure. The shank/shaft is traditionally pegged into the head piece making for a good strong secure joint. Every shank/shaft is heated and jigged straight by myself in my shed. The head pieces are mostly lime wood hand carved by myself making each piece individual to the next one.
