Wonderful antique 19th century carved folk art cane or walking stick. The top has a figure of a woman wearing a bonnet and she is carrying a basket with either fruit or loaves of bread. I believe it is European, perhaps Scandinavian.

It measures 33 3/4 long and has a long brass ferrule at the bottom with a rubber cap. Small chip to the wood along the shaft and one chip perhaps under the womans chin in the bonnet. Ive never seen anything like it before.
