Superb and rare American novelty luxury walking stick / cane, made circa 1885. This is a stunning walking stick with a natural coquilla nut handle, finely carved with the head / face of a native American Indian chief.
The natural nut is beautifully carved with the face of the native American Indian complete with feather headdress to the top. The walking stick has a metal collar above a tapering ebonized wood shaft.
The walking stick is 2 inches / 50 mm wide and 36 inches / 914 mm long. The cane is in excellent condition.
