A fine African tribal walking stick, hand carved with traditional motifs and a human figure to the top. As can be easily seen from the photos this is not a piece from a souvenir shop or a modern item it is the real thing that has seen some use over it's life.

It's still in great condition but has dints and wear as you'd expect from a working item but no splits or major damage. I have been unable to track down the tribal area this relates to, with suggestions ranging from Dogon to Yoruba, Lengola to Montol. What is not in doubt is that this is a fine piece of genuine vintage African wood carving art and would be a fine addition to any collection.
