Vintage hand carved wooden walking staff / stick featuring a carved face head and leather wrapped shaft. Believed to have been carved from a natural tree root or burl, with the natural grain, knots and root formations incorporated into the design.

The top section displays beautiful organic shapes and textures, making this a unique one-off folk art piece. Measures approximately 137cm in length. Condition is good vintage condition with age-related wear, marks, cracks, splits and imperfections consistent with a hand carved natural wood item. The leather wrapping shows age and wear.
